Our pulse primarily reflects the state of prana and nervous energy.<\/p><p>The pulse can be used to assess the current states of Vata, Pitta and Kapha, Agni and Ama, fullness and emptiness, as well as mental well-being. Using the basic factors of rate, rhythm, amplitude and volume, you will learn to explain your findings
