Ayurveda as longevity medicine
Training as a Well Aging & Longevity Coach
Ayurveda was the first Longevity Medicine (and psychology) of mankind, which systematised healthy and happy ageing over 2,000 years ago on the basis of the Rasayana teachings. It is the source of our inspiration for well ageing, which we at EURASIAMED have been professionally involved with for over 25 years.
In our Well Aging & Longevity Coach training programme, you will learn to understand ageing holistically, to differentiate between biological age, to introduce preventive measures in an age-appropriate way and to combine the world of Ayurveda with modern science.
For prevention and rejuvenation, you use individual measures or combined areas from our Age different Wheel.
